Items may be returned for store or charge card credit or exchange within one week of date of receipt.

Items must be in original condition: the finish of the metal and gemstones unscratched and unmarred. Used, worn, or broken items are not eligible for return.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Contact Borter's Jewelry Studio by phone or e-mail before returning an item to obtain a return authorization (RA) number; otherwise the return cannot be processed.

We recommend you ship returns insured for the full amount as we are nor responsible for undelivered parcels.
