Items may be returned for store or charge card credit or exchange within one week of date of receipt.

Items must be in its original condition: the finish of the metal and gemstones is unscratched and unmarred. Used, worn, or broken items are not eligible for return.

Original and return shipping charges are nor refundable.

Contact Borter's Jewelry Studio by phone or e-mail before returning an item to obtain a return authorization (RA) number; otherwise the return cannot be processed.

We recommend you ship returns insured for the full amount as we are nor responsible for undelivered parcels.
